Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Since Ritual Collective works with a network of verified suppliers, processing times may vary slightly depending on the specific item. 

Shipping time

Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the US, depending on the supplier and product. Exact delivery estimates are shown on each product page when available. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Multiple Suppliers,  Multiple Packages

Because our products come from a network of different suppliers, orders containing multiple items will often arrive in separate packages, on different days, with separate tracking numbers. This is completely normal - it doesn't mean part of your order was lost or canceled.

Shipping Rates and Carriers

Standard shipping (via USPS) - Free on orders $50+, or $8.00 flat rate on orders under $50. Typically 5-10 business days after processing.

Express shipping (via DHL) - $15.00 flat rate. Typically 1-3 business days after processing.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Since delivery times vary by supplier, please allow the full estimated window before reaching out. If your order hasn't arrived after that, email us at hello@ritualcollective.shop and we'll track it down.

International Shipping

Currently we only ship within the US.
